General	Helen is an oasis of professional arts administration in an extremely isolated area of rural Australia. Understanding that she would need to commit herself to every opportunity in order to make a living in this context, Helen formed her own production company. It is no exaggeration to say that if it were not for Helen’s unbelievably hard-working presence in Mildura and the region, a huge part of that region’s cultural life would simply fall apart, or drift into disarray. National Indigenous Land & Sea Management Conference (NILSMC)	It was a pleasure to work with Helen and her team and the consistent approach to the organisation of the National Conference was very professional and thoughtful from all team members. The costing and budget was without discrepancy of over of under spending and faultless in HHO Events’ management of funds. I know I speak on behalf of the committee in saying that we were extremely happy with the outcomes of the Conference and very impressed with the professionalism and the follow-up post Conference in managing the production of the Conference Report, mass mail-out, and website update and maintenance. Mildura Wentworth Arts Festival	Hi Helen Congrats for a best ever Mardi Gras experience. I experienced the riverfront festivities from the Mundoo with 12 representatives representing the countries from New Zealand, United Kingdom, Thailand, Hungry and Australian delegates invited by councils Conferencing Project Officer Julie Jewell. Also on board were the Mayor, MRCC CEO, fellow councillors, Mildura Tourism CEO and local tourism representatives. These key buyers from around the world were here to experience our region prior their attendance at the Asian Pacific and Meeting Expo starting in Melbourne on March 2nd.
